Sales Training Specialist

Responsible for the sales team’s productivity by identifying and solving the property specialist’s and sales manager’s training and development needs.


Key Result Areas:

  • Sales Training
  • Conducts Training Needs and Analysis twice a year to the Sales Team.
  • Ensures 100% Training Reach for all sellers by conducting regular 5 day- training sessions on the 1st and 16th of every month.
  • Ensures 100% Sales Activation by conducting advanced sales training programs to individuals or teams as needed.
  • Conducts regular learning programs to performing sellers and Sales Managers.
  • Proposes and executes engagement activities for the Sales Team.

 

  • Reports Management
  • Actively participates in all strategic sales discussions/meetings.
  • Provides 3rd degree level of evaluation for all training programs conducted.
  • Monitors the Sales Productivity and Sales Efficiency
  • Ensures compliance with HLURB for all existing sellers.
  • Remains up to date with all sales policies and commission schemes.

 

  • Coaching and Talent Management
  • Conducts monthly coffee sessions with new sellers and key talents to identify possible areas of concern.
  • Conducts bi-annual performance development plans with key talents and provides feedback to the HR Business Partner for recommendations.

 

  • Non-Negotiable qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Sales Experience and exposure with the Real Estate Industry or any Sales related industry is an advantage.
