Careers: Sales Manager

Responsible for achieving the sales team quota on a monthly basis by consistently monitoring and managing team performance through consistent training and coaching initiatives.


Key Result Areas:

  • Recruitment and Training
  • Ensure team completion at any given time by consistently recruiting for qualified sellers via own team efforts.
  • Responsible for conducting additional sales training to ensure that all sellers are experts with the company’s different projects.
  • Conducts regular coaching sessions with individual sellers to improve performance and address other performance related concerns.


  • Sales Management
  • Conducts regular weekly meetings with the team to align sales activities.
  • Propose and execute different sales activities for the team to increase prospective clients.
  • Ensures the monthly sales targets are met via team performance or by personal sales efforts
  • Accompanies all sellers with their client meetings to increase the probability of closing the sale.


  • Report Generation
  • Provides regular feedback to the Sales Director regarding planned weekly sales activities and closeable clients.
  • Regularly submits a weekly accomplishment report to the Sales Director accounting for all Client Authorization Forms from the Team.
  • Actively participates during the weekly core group meeting with the Senior Vice President to share insightful feedback regarding clients to help improve the Brand and the Product.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Must be highly organized, Analytical and has a high degree of attention to details.
  • Must be a self-starter and can prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Able to make decisions and take appropriate actions if needed.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates integrity in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Has great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications
