Careers: Property Specialist

Responsible for marketing and selling Rockwell Primaries’ properties by effectively using the different sales channels to hit the monthly sales targets.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Immediately comply with HLURB regulations as a registered real estate salesperson or registered real estate broker.
  • Study and be highly knowledgeable of the of the company’s different project details.
  • Initiates regular prospecting activities and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Accomplishes weekly sales reports and daily activity schedule to the Sales Manager
  • Proposes sales activities to generate more client leads.
  • Regularly submits the Client Authorization Form to the Sales Manager.
  • Actively participates in showroom manning, exhibit manning, open houses and other selling activities provided by the Company.
  • Efficiently distribute sales materials such as flyers and brochures to qualified prospects.
  • Effectively discuss project details including pricing, financing options and documentation concerns with clients.
  • Handles all clients’ inquiries, requests and concerns.
  • Assists clients in completing all required documentation to book a sale.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree preferably in management, Hospitality or any Business related course.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for the job but progressive experience in sales is an advantage.
  • Has excellent people skills and the passion for customer service.
  • Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Can easily adapt in a competitive working environment.
  • Highly driven to succeed and can work with minimal supervision.
