The Vantage at Kapitolyo is Rockwell Primaries’s first integrated vertical high-rise condominium. Here is a neighborhood where food hubs are aggressively making their names. Rachel Quinto, senior business development manager of Rockwell Primaries, stressed the company has given a premium on accessibility, as The Vantage at Kapitolyo is in Pasig’s strategic spot along the city’s main road, West Capitol Drive corner United Street. Moreover, it presents a multidimensional aspect fun living right within the well-planned area.

The company said investors in The Vantage at Kapitolyo will reap the benefits of experiencing upscale living of that will harness the individual personal interests.

Price ranges for the studios (29 to 30 sq m)  are P3.6 million to P3.9 million; one-bedroom (40 to 43 sq m) is priced at P4.2 million to P5.2 million; two-bedroom (58 to 61 sq m) at P7.4 million to P8.2 million and three-bedroom (89 to 91 sq m) at P11 million to P13.3 million.

West Tower has 418 units and 35 stories, while the 36-story East Tower will have less than 400 units. Turnover in September 2020.
